专利摘要:
A refrigerated display chest with an open top has an air circulation channel to enable flow of air in one direction for a cooling cycle, and reverse flow for a defrosting cycle. A diversion channel is provided at the front of the chest, to direct exhaust air away from the chest, during defrosting cycles, so as to avoid interference with external air drawn into the chest at this time.

one . The invention relates to refrigeration engineering, namely to refrigerated counters for chilled or fresh frozen products. The closest to the invention to the technical essence is a cooled counter containing a heat-insulated body, the front wall of which is higher than the intended storage level of products, a product box, installed in the housing with a channel for air circulation fixed in the rear wall louvers located in the channel fan with reversing fixture and evaporator JJJ. The disadvantages of the known counter are that in the defrosting mode of the evaporator, if there are any shelves under the counter, it is difficult for the surrounding warm air to get into the evaporator, while using a high-speed air flow, a jet stream occurs that draws and blows off the cold air from the counter. products which prolongs the defrosting time and affects the preservation of product quality. The aim of the invention is to reduce the defrost time and preserve the quality of the products. This goal is achieved by the fact that, in the first embodiment, a cooled counter containing a heat-insulated body, the front wall of which is higher than the intended storage level of products, a product box, mounted in the case by forming an air circulation channel between their walls, reinforced in the rear wall of the case louvers located in a duct; a fan with a reversing device and an evaporator; equipped with a deflecting clamp-shaped plate mounted above the front wall of the housing with the formation of round at the same time, the distance between the lower edge of the plate and the upper edge of the duct is twice the width of the duct between the walls of the housing and the duct. At the same time, in the cooled counter according to the second variant, in the front section of the building 6, the intended storage level of the air for the passage of cold air is higher than the intended level of storage of food for cold air and above; A guide plate is installed on the inner side of the housing, and the distance between the lower edge of the plate and the upper edge of the box is twice the width of the channel between the walls of the case and the box. FIG. 1 shows a refrigerated counter in the first embodiment, a vertical section; FIG. 2 - the upper front part of the refrigerated counter according to the first embodiment of FIG. 3 — the same, according to the second embodiment, the Cooling counter contains a heat-insulated body 1, including the 1st back wall 2 and the front wall 3. In the upper part of the front wall 3 the display case 4 is reinforced tilted inside the counter. At the same time, the total height of the front wall 3 exceeds the estimated level of food storage. A counter with a rear wall 2 is installed against a wall 5 with shelves 6. In case 1, a metal box 7 for products is placed, with channels 8-10 for forming air between it and case 1 along the front, bottom and rear walls, respectively. 2 housings 1, guide louvers 11 are reinforced. In duct 9, a fan 12 with a reversing device and an evaporator 13 are located. A glass window 14 is formed in the upper part of the front wall of the duct 7, and a channel 15 is formed between it and the showcase 4 is sucked in at a cooling mode channel 8. In the first embodiment, the cooled counter is equipped with a clip-on plate 16 mounted above the display glass 14 of the front wall 3 of the housing 1 to form a channel 17 with an inlet 18 and an outlet 19 outside the counter for the passage of cold air during defrost of the evaporator 13. In this case the distance between the lower edge the plate 16 and the upper edge of the box 7 twice the width of the channel 8 between the walls of the housing 1 and the box 7, and the width of the channel 17 is equal to the width of the channel 15,
In the second embodiment, the front wall 3 of the housing 1 does not have a display window in the upper part, and there is a narrowed outward channel 20 for the passage of cold air during defrosting of the evaporator 13 above the expected storage level of the food in the box 7, and above the channel .20 1, a guide plate 21 is installed, wherein the distance between the lower edge of the plate 21 and the upper edge of the box 7 is twice the width of the channel 8 between the walls of the housing 1 and the box 7.
Counter works as follows.
In the cooling mode, the circulation of cold air around the box 7 with the products is provided by the fan 12. During this circulation, the air is sucked into the channel 8, passes through the channel 9, is cooled by the evaporator 13, rises into the channel 10 and passes through the guide louvers 11 horizontally above the products. Before channel 15, no ambient air is drawn in by the cooling air; therefore, no special shields are installed in front of channel 17.
During operation, evaporator 13 forms frost, which must be removed. During defrosting of the evaporator 13, the motor turns off, causing the fan 12 to rotate, reverses, creating a flow of air that is reverse to the flow during cooling mode. In the defrost mode, the fan 12 supplies a larger amount of air per unit of time than during cooling (preferably twice as much as cooling). During defrost, air is blown by the fan 12
o upward through the channel (indicated by the dotted arrow) and, due to its relatively high speed, enters the opening 18 of the channel 17, in which the air flow deviates more,
5 than 90 from the horizontal plane, along which air flows under the products in the box 7 during the cooling mode.
Air escapes through the hole
0 19 away from the counter. At the same time, warm air from the room is introduced into channel 10 and further into channel 9 to heat the evaporator 13 and defrost it.
5 The air above the products in the box 7, including those closest to the channel 15, is cold and heavy and therefore is not carried along by the air flow rising along the channel 8 after
0 defrosting evaporator 13, which contributes to the preservation of the quality of products during defrosting.
The present invention allows to reduce the defrosting time and preserve the quality of the products.
